EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT OFFICER (m/f)
(HR OFFICER)
📍Location: Benghazi, Libya
Job Description:
The HR Officer is responsible for conducting monthly employee evaluations, coordinating with departments on data collection, calculating average ratings and sending them to the Payroll team for salary computation.
The Officer monitors the performance of employees with lower efficiency, prepares and issues warnings and commendation letters in accordance with internal regulations and rewards system. Additionally, responds to employees' emails, complaints, requests, and inquiries.
The position also involves tracking the expiration of employees' contracts and preparing evaluations for contract extension or non-extension decisions.
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing monthly employee evaluations
- Coordinating with departments on data collection
- Calculating average ratings and submitting to Payroll team for salary computation
- Monitoring the performance of employees with lower results
- Issuing warnings and commendation letters in accordance with internal regulations and rewards policy
- Tracking contract expirations and preparing evaluations for contract extension or non-extension decisions
Requirements:
- University degree (BA)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with databases
- Advanced electronic communication skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of HR regulations, standards, and policies
