Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Podgorica for a Head of ITCE. The Head of ITCE will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of IT projects within the company. The daily tasks include leading the IT team, coordinating with different departments, ensuring IT systems and infrastructure are running efficiently, and implementing security protocols. The role also involves strategizing and executing IT innovations to meet business objectives and support company growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT project management, system integration, and infrastructure management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in cybersecurity, network administration, and data protection
- Expertise in software development and IT service management
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Podgorica
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL are beneficial
