Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Podgorica at Gradient. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Expediting and Logistics Management skills
- Experience in Project Management and Inspection
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
