TLG Global Technologies D.o.o is seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to support our growing portfolio of international software projects. This position will report to the Head of Software Development and will work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, project managers, and outside contractors. The developer will be primarily responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using .NET 5, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework, and AWS.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Podgorica, Montenegro, with flexible remote work options for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities Include:
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET 5 and Entity Framework
· Build RESTful APIs and integrate with PostgreSQL databases
· Collaborate with DevOps to deploy applications on AWS infrastructure
· Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
· Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development cycles
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
· Work with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
· Document development processes, architecture, and deployment procedures
· Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a .NET Developer (minimum 3-4 years preferred)
· Proficient in .NET 5 (or later), C#, and Entity Framework
· Experience working with PostgreSQL and writing optimized SQL queries
· Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud-native deployment strategies
· Familiarity with version control tools like Git
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS)
· Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
· Experience working in agile or scrum-based teams
· Prior experience working in an international or multicultural environment
