SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager who will take an active role in managing daily operations while also driving the company’s strategic growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can oversee everything from fleet management to customer service, financial performance, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Develop and execute a long-term vision for Zeren Motors, ensuring growth and market expansion, with special emphasis on rental business.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Oversee and optimize daily rental operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service.
- Manage fleet acquisition, maintenance, and availability to meet demand.
- Implement best practices for customer service and address escalated issues.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Set pricing strategies, rental policies, and operational budgets.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
- Foster a customer-centric, results-driven company culture.
- Ensure all rental operations comply with local regulations, insurance policies, and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Degree
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, General Manager, Deputy CEO or Director in the automotive and rental industry.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in car rental management, automotive operations, and fleet optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Fluency in Montenegrin and English
