SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager who will take an active role in managing daily operations while also driving the company’s strategic growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can oversee everything from fleet management to customer service, financial performance, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a long-term vision for Zeren Motors, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion — with a strong focus on the rental business.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Oversee and optimize daily rental operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage fleet availability, maintenance, and procurement according to operational needs.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and improve overall profitability.
- Define pricing strategies, rental policies, and operational budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Foster a customer-centric, results-driven company culture.
- Ensure full compliance with all local regulations, insurance requirements, and relevant standards.
- Address escalated operational or customer issues when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- Proven senior leadership experience as a General Manager, CEO, Deputy CEO, or Director — industry agnostic.
- Strong business acumen with experience in scaling operations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Fluency in Montenegrin and English is required.
