JUNIOR FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d)
You will
- Support project management of financial and accounting projects from launch to completion, including integration and implementation of technology, change management, project planning, scope management, budgeting, and risk assessment
- Active participate in projects focused on the development and continuous improvement of business processes within the Finance and Accounting department, leveraging digital technologies to optimize efficiency
- Support project management in preparing proposals to the Head of the Department for the improvement of processes and procedures, particularly in digital transformation efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and aligning with modern technological advancements
- Assist in the development and design of end-to-end solutions for the implementation of proposed improvements, particularly in terms of digital tools and systems that facilitate business process optimization
- Support the documentation of new opportunities for further enhancement of existing internal control and reporting systems, evaluating the impact of digitalization on these processes, and preparing recommendations for their optimization
- Assist with the organization and delivery of internal education within the Finance and Accounting Department, as well as other departments, regarding the adoption of digital tools, business process changes, and the integration of new application solutions
- Actively participate in the development and execution of the collaboration model between business units and BPO units, with particular emphasis on digital transformation (including Target Operating Model (TOM), process design, and digital communication flows)
- Ensure active communication and documentation with other organizational units to support project goals and the digital transformation of business processes
- Prepare, analyse, and submit periodic reports on progress and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives, in coordination with the Head of the Department.
- Carry out duties in compliance with instructions from the Head of the Department, decisions from the Management Board, internal acts of the company, legal provisions, and regulations governing accounting, financial operations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Report to the Head of the Department on activities and relevant changes related to digital transformation projects and collaboration with other organizational units of the company
- Provide support to the regional Head of the Department in the management and execution of digital transformation project activities
You have
- University degree in economy or similar
- A minimum 1-2 years professional experience in similar position
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or supporting the implementation of technological solutions
- A strong focus on achieving results, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn new technologies and business solutions.
- Familiarity with business processes in the insurance industry, and basic knowledge of finance and accounting is considered an advantage
- Understanding of the basics of project management, with an emphasis on supporting the organization and execution of projects, including digital initiatives
- A systematic and analytical approach to work tasks, with a desire to apply digital tools to improve efficiency
