We are looking for Purchasing Manager for our projects in Tivat (Montenegro), who will provide exceptional product within brand operating standars across the preparation and processing of requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment, storage and stock takes.
Main responsibilities
- Prepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment, buying the best quality at the most competitive prices.
- Oversees supply chain management and procurement, and must be effective at negotiating, networking, and dealing with numbers, as well as dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.
- Identifies and interview potential suppliers to determine quality, price, reliability, and delivery terms, and make decisions to ensure that needed supplies arrive in time and at the right price.
- Gathers and analyze data, study sales and inventory records, identify suppliers, and stay on top of factors affecting supply and demand.
- Develops purchasing policies and procedures and controls the purchasing department budget.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing department within hospitality/F&B industry.
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent computer skills, (ERP, Microsoft office).
