We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team at Edit Crew (editcrew.com). You will work 100% remotely, supporting our CEO and Operations Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, while also assisting with interview coordination and employee onboarding as needed. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys working with technology to improve processes.

About You:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across the team
- Help coordinate job interviews and assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a professional and efficient process
- Manage projects and tasks using ClickUp to ensure everything is tracked and completed on time
- Handle the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews, and travel
- Manage the CEO’s email inbox, filtering messages, responding on their behalf, and addressing important communications
- Perform routine data backups and ensure all key information is communicated to relevant personnel
- Rudimental data analysis
- Other routine tasks given by the CEO and Operations Manager
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Outstanding organizational skills with an eye for detail—double and triple-checking is second nature
- Excellent communication skills, both clear and personable
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using a range of software tools (ClickUp, Google Suite, MS Office, video conferencing platforms)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Ability to self-manage, take initiative, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High-level discretion in handling private and sensitive information
Special Bonus:
- Experience with video editing, Google Spreadsheets, or Microsoft Excelis a serious plus
Working Hours:
- 9 AM to 5 PM CST (US Central Standard Time)
