Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong project management expertise, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and business professionals internally, as well as with external stakeholders and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Planning and managing human resources, scheduling assignments, balancing the workload and organising teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project execution.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Monitor project progress, set and track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in a multi-project environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Verbal and written fluency in Montenegrin and English.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Solid technical background - university degree and/or work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with understanding or experience in managing software development.
