Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Install and configure Windows operating systems and business software
Perform basic administration and maintenance of computer networks
Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices
Receive equipment for service and manage service work orders
Communicate with customers and provide professional technical assistance
Maintain accurate records of completed service interventions and support activities
Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Experience working with printers and other office equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently
Valid Category B driver's license
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and customer-oriented approach
Previous experience in IT support or computer equipment servicing will be considered an advantage.
