Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Podgorica. This position supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents and records. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, maintaining filing systems (physical and digital), and supporting executives with calendar management and travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant coordinates with service and sales teams, assists with basic data entry and invoicing, and ensures visitors and clients receive professional, courteous assistance. The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to company procedures, and cooperation with colleagues across departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, document management, and basic data entry.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and customer service skills for handling incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal coordination and external correspondence.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for leadership.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools).
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of reliability, discretion, and respect for confidential information.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in technical or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- Secondary school diploma required; post-secondary education in administration, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Working knowledge of local language(s) and basic English communication skills are beneficial.
