We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Podgorica.

Responsibilities:- Create and publish content for Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts) — this is a key part of the role.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting content and responding to comments.
- Collaborate with the team to produce engaging and creative content.
Requirements:- Fluent in Montenegrin and English (required for content creation and communication).
- Strong video editing skills, with experience using CapCut.
- Good understanding of SMM fundamentals, including how social media algorithms work and what makes content go viral.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a results-driven mindset.
What We Offer:- Net salary: €1,000 per month.
- Work schedule: Hybrid, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
