Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Podgorica. The Real Estate Agent will identify and present property investment opportunities, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and networking to generate leads, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, and preparing and reviewing real estate documentation. The agent will provide responsive client service, negotiate terms to achieve favorable outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. The role requires consistent on-site presence to meet clients, visit properties, and represent Violet Investment in the Podgorica real estate market.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including valuation, market analysis, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with demonstrated ability to meet targets and close deals.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities, including relationship building and client advisory support.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and basic office productivity software.
- Experience in the Montenegro real estate market and fluency in local languages and English are highly beneficial.
