What you will do
You will:
- identify and develop new business opportunities;
- manage tender and opportunity pipeline;
- monitor regional and international tenders;
- coordinate Go / No-Go processes with management;
- support preparation of proposals and tenders;
- coordinate with technical and project teams;
- build and maintain strategic partnerships;
- develop relationships with clients and institutions;
- participate in negotiations and business positioning;
- contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the company.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with:
Required
- experience in business development, tenders, procurement, consulting or related fields;
- strong organizational and communication skills;
- ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously;
- professional written and verbal English;
- strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Strong advantage
- experience with EU / IFI / international projects;
- experience with public procurement and tenders;
- experience in engineering / consulting environment;
- regional market exposure.
