Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Podgorica. The Sales Consultant will focus on developing clients network, identifying needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities will include consulting with potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves working closely with other team members to design and implement strategies that drive business success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a proactive sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of office furnishing and local real estate market will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in negotiation process.
- Fluency in Montenegrin and proficiency in English.
