Salesperson (m/f)
📍GS HERCEG NOVI, GS KOTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Organizing and coordinating processes during a shift at the point of sale in accordance with business plans, applicable regulations, and instructions in the absence of the manager or assistant manager of the point of sale
- Conducting all procedures at the point of sale according to instructions (preparation, sale and serving of food, drinks, and other products, professional consultation, ordering goods and managing inventory, receipt of goods, control, record-keeping, monitoring sales records, improving product sales...)
- Gaining new customers and taking care of existing customers
- Resolving complaints at the point of sale
- Responsibility for shortages and inventory discrepancies arising from operations and conducting regular and extraordinary inventories
- Performing work tasks in compliance with applicable regulations, instructions, and good business practices
- Knowledge and implementation of regulations in the fields of fire protection, occupational safety and health, environmental protection, and instructions for safe food handling (HACCP)
- Assisting in the education, training, and onboarding of employees at the point of sale
- Managing the point of sale in the absence of the manager or assistant manager
- Performing other tasks as directed by the (functional) superior in accordance with the job responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
• Level IV national qualification of education
