To strengthen our presence in Montenegro, we are seeking a highly disciplined, analytical and internationally minded Project Manager to join our Podgorica office on a full-time basis.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Project Manager will oversee strategic planning, site coordination, technical and administrative procedures, stakeholder communication and executive reporting for all Nu Energy and Nu Construction projects in Montenegro.
This role will serve as the key bridge between the field, the office and the Nu Group management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and quality control frameworks
• Coordinate daily operations with engineers, contractors, suppliers and local authorities
• Support all permitting, licensing, procurement, contractual and regulatory processes
• Conduct weekly reporting, risk assessments and prepare board-level presentations
• Ensure smooth internal communication between technical, administrative and management teams
• Represent Nu Group professionally and consistently in all local engagements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical, electrical, energy engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (energy or construction experience preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and high work discipline
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, responsibility and time awareness
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
MANDATORY LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent Montenegrin is MANDATORY
• Advanced English is also MANDATORY
