Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Podgorica for a Project Manager specializing in Low Voltage Systems. In this role, the individual will oversee project planning and execution, coordinate expediting and logistics, and manage team activities to ensure project deadlines are met. The Project Manager will also conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met and liaise with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. The position allows for a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
- Skills in Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance with project standards
- Strong knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources and optimize workflows
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
- Understanding of low voltage systems, including video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems, is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is an advantage
