His/Her Role:
He/She will play a key role in driving the company’s growth. For both new and existing clients across various industries, he/she will develop and implement sales concepts for digital IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Business Applications & Software Development, Cloud & Datacenter Infrastructure). This includes project delivery, implementation services, maintenance, and operations. He/She will work closely with an experienced team and contribute to the continuous development of the company’s portfolio and market presence. This position offers attractive opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
His/Her Responsibilities:
- Identifies and qualifies potential clients in the field of IT solutions
- Builds and maintains a strong network of relevant contacts and decision-makers
- Manages the entire sales process – from lead generation to proposal submission
- Actively participates in tenders and proposal preparation
- Takes ownership of the presales budget per client
- Collaborates with marketing and management to optimize client engagement
- Presents solution concepts at trade fairs, events, and client meetings
- Provides regular reporting to business unit leadership
His/Her Profile:
- Experience in sales consulting in IT solutions or digital services
- Understanding of business processes and their potential for digital transformation
- Creative and proactive approach to sales, with a structured and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident in negotiations and deal closing
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Fluent in Montenegrin and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solution sales
