EXPERT FOR AI AND PROCESS MANAGEMENT (m/f/d)
You will:
- Develop and execute AI strategies to optimize insurance business processes.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Design, deploy, and integrate AI models and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Monitor AI system performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on AI trends and recommend innovative solutions.
- Manage activities related to Corporate & Affinity process management including analysis, harmonization, regular monitoring etc.
- Provide support to main stakeholders in their activities related to processes, capacities, process documenting and other process management related tasks within Corporate & Affinity Business Model
- Assess process maturity together with process owners and other relevant stakeholders
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs, SLAs for productivity of underwriting teams within C&A BM
- Support teams in assessing planned SLA/KPI values
- Monitor and support the preparation of all relevant documentation related to process management tasks and which is needed for regular communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Manage C&A process documentation in Adonis
- Be responsible for ensuring superior experience for policyholders and clients across all touchpoints
- Support projects of robotics/process automatization

You have:
- University degree
- A minimum of 4 years professional experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and tools, with hands-on experience in deploying AI-driven solutions
- Knowledge of process managements frameworks and tools (e.g., Adonis)
- Customer satisfaction orientation and customer journey management
- Analytical mind, organizational and problem-solving skills, proactive
- Team player approach with high and very diplomatic negotiation skills
- Strategic change of agent mindset
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Management), or similar methodologies are desirable
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as TensorFlow, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or similar tools is proffered
- Systematic, analytical approach to work tasks
- Fluent English– written and spoken
