Procurement Manager

Orcos Beauty, a renowned regional distributor of fragrances, makeup, and cosmetics, is expanding its team. We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies at the regional level

• Manage product assortment, purchase orders, imports, and stock levels

• Communicate and negotiate directly with suppliers and principals

• Coordinate trade activities with the sales and logistics teams

• Prepare procurement and inventory reports for internal use and principals

• Ensure procurement goals are met and focus on cost optimization

Ideal candidate profile:

• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow professionally

• Proactive and innovative in procurement management

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or Supply Chain Management

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
