Payten is looking for Sales Support Specialist for our sales team in Montenegro. Sales Support Specialist will support sales process, prepare proposals, communicate with vendors and clients and give administrative and commercial support for customer requests.
Why is the job exciting?
As Sales Support Specialist you will:
• Maintain data in CRM sales environment and the integrity of CRM information to provide realistic picture allowing making decisions about resources and potential investments
• Realize and monitor procurement process: place purchase orders with vendors, monitor delivery status with vendors and logistics, coordinate delivery process with logistics, control invoices (both incoming and outgoing)
• Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders/RFP responses, administrative documents, statements, in order to support the offering process for ATM & POS
• Create P&Ls according to input for specific project/case
• Give administrative guidance to Sales team and prospective clients and work on Cross-selling products
• Managing and control monthly invoicing towards finance
• Keep up to date with technical and industry sector developments
We are looking for someone who has:
Education: Bachelor/ Master's in a technical or business discipline
Language:Montenegrin – Native or bilingual speaker
English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication and preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed tasks
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Experience within sales department and/or procurement department (student or part time also counts)
• Experience with management vendor/distributor relationship (student or part time also counts)
• Knowledge about Payment in Banking industry– desirable
• Good presentation, communication, planning skills.
• Advanced usage of computer and tools like MS office - Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams etc
Experience in usage of dedicated business software -desirable
