Your role :
Recruitment Specialist. As a recruitment intern here’s your responsibilities :
➢ Role involves talent sourcing by identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events, and maintaining a candidate database.
➢ Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top
talent.
➢ Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
➢ Schedule and conduct detailed interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
➢ Include recruitment coordination, posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews, as well as providing onboarding support for new hires.
➢ Prepare and extend job offers while negotiating terms and managing counter-offers.
➢ Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
➢ Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have/are:
➢ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources,
Business Administration,Psychology, or a related field.
➢ Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR principles is an advantage but not mandatory.
➢ Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn about recruitment tools.
➢ Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively in remote team settings.
➢ Available to dedicate 10 hours per week, ensuring active participation from Monday to Friday.
➢ Capable for contributing creative ideas to enhance processes and outcomes
