We Are Hiring: Accounting / Administrative Assistant (Montenegro)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounting / Administrative Assistant to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our restaurant in Montenegro.

Responsibilities:

Managing and tracking daily invoices and payments
Handling bank-related transactions and follow-ups
Managing external administrative tasks and official procedures
Organizing accounting documents and coordinating with the accountant
Handling outside errands and institutional visits when necessary

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or pre-accounting
Montenegrin citizen
Valid driver’s license
Intermediate or good level of English
Responsible, organized, and reliable personality
Ability to manage banking and administrative procedures

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the daily pre-accounting processes of our restaurant, handling banking transactions, and following up on necessary external administrative tasks.
