Sustineri Partners is excited to offer an opportunity for an Office and Administration Manager. We seek a professional to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures for a team that is working across different countries. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, efficiency, internal communication, and safety.
This full-time role is ideally suited for a professional based in Podgorica, Montenegro, or alternatively in Western Balkans (subject to further negotiation) who is proficient in English and eager to join our dynamic team.
The initial contract will last for three months, to be renewed on a long term basis based on satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative duties and oversee office operations.
- Handle basic financial tasks.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to employees.
- Administer and manage logistics for program and project implementation in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
- Support the team in managing both administrative and technical aspects of projects.
- Process invoices and manage day to day finances.
- Support business development and expense control.
- Assist with basic financial management tasks, including budget tracking and communication with the Accounting Office.
- Support logistical arrangements.
- Assist in planning and overseeing significant events.
- Support the coordination and implementation of project-related activities as necessary.
