Sustineri Partners is excited to offer an opportunity for an Office and Administration Manager. We seek a professional to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures for a team that is working across different countries. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, efficiency, internal communication, and safety.

This full-time role is ideally suited for a professional based in Podgorica, Montenegro, or alternatively in Western Balkans (subject to further negotiation) who is proficient in English and eager to join our dynamic team.

The initial contract will last for three months, to be renewed on a long term basis based on satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative duties and oversee office operations.
Handle basic financial tasks.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Provide general administrative support to employees.
Administer and manage logistics for program and project implementation in collaboration with relevant teams.
Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Support the team in managing both administrative and technical aspects of projects.
Process invoices and manage day to day finances.
Support business development and expense control.
Assist with basic financial management tasks, including budget tracking and communication with the Accounting Office.
Support logistical arrangements.
Assist in planning and overseeing significant events.
Support the coordination and implementation of project-related activities as necessary.

Qualifications

University degree in economics, business, finance, administration, organisational science or any other relevant field.
Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and the ability to handle administrative duties accurately.
A minimum of two years of experience in similar roles; experience in regional or multinational projects is highly advantageous.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in computer use, including office applications and social media.
Experience in organizing conferences, workshops, and training programs will be considered an advantage.
