We are currently looking for a
Electrical Lead to join our Grid & Digital Solutions team as part of our M Power Projects Division in the construction site of our substations projects in Albania.
By joining this role, you'll play a vital role in supervising site activities and ensure that construction works meet agreed specifications, design and milestones such as budgets, timescales, quality and health & safety requirements, in line with the contractual provisions.
Your role will encompass:
- Supervises the site civil and erection works ensuring that the client's specifications, design and requirements are met, and reports progress to the Construction Site Manager
- Liaises with the project management team, subcontractors and suppliers, other construction professionals and/or institutions, members of the public and all relevant stakeholders
- Coordinates and supervises subcontractors, assigns specific works and monitors their progress
- Ensures that the necessary tools, machinery, and materials are available on time on site
- Checks and prepares site reports to the Construction Site Manager for submission to the Employer/Engineer
- Secures permits and licenses necessary for the operation of the site according to local legislation
What you bring to the role:
- 10 years' experience in similar position
- Bachelor's Degree is Electrical Engineering
- Work experience related to power/energy projects will be considered an asset
- Strong people management experience and supervising subcontractors
- Driving License
- English language
