People & Culture Partner (m/f)

Tasks

Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on People and Culture topics, procedures, processes and best practices.
Support the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, pre/onboarding, performance management, development, engagement and offboarding).
Lead and support employer branding activities (e.g. career events, faculty partnerships, educational visits and programs) to strengthen company reputation.
Partner with managers on talent development and employee relations topics.
Contribute to the implementation of P&C initiatives such as employee engagement survey, mentoring programs, performance reviews etc.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose improvements.
Collaborate and grow with the wider People and Culture team on global/regional level.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related field.
2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR/People and Culture role, ideally in an international environment.
Understanding of HR processes and adapting them to people, not the other way around.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
Proactive, solution-oriented, hands on and adaptable to change.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken), German is an advantage
