As a manager, you will be responsible for:
• Organizing and coordinating retail activities in the store;
• Actively being present on the sales floor, creating a positive experience for customers;
• Performing cashier duties in accordance with legal regulations;
• Maintaining a high image of the store;
• Coordinating employees: monitoring work hours, managing the team, and solving any issues affecting the store’s operation;
• Training and guiding the team regarding sales techniques and skills;
• Contacting potential customers (with a conscientious approach to sales, responsible and friendly behavior towards customers);
• Receiving and displaying goods, labeling prices, and maintaining the sales space;
• Regular and accurate cash deposits as well as completing all administrative tasks and reports;
• Ensuring the safety of the space and proper maintenance;
• Performing all other tasks according to the needs of the team and superiors.

Requirements:
