Your main mission will be the comprehensive management of all end-to-end personnel administration and payroll processes, primarily supporting Montenegro, actively participating in the implementation of Workday HCM.
✔️ What will your day-to-day look like?
Responsibilities include:
- Hybrid role of personnel administration in the assigned area and conducting tests and implementation processes of Workday based on operational needs, initially dedicated to the management of Workday processes in Montenegro, may support Personnel Administration processes if required by operational needs.
- Manage the additions/deletions/changes of employees of the assigned companies.
- Salary control and regulation.
- Preparation of bank remittances for payroll payments.
- Handling and resolving queries and incidents related to personnel administration.
- Maintaining master data in coordination with Hotel Management.
- Interpretations of current labor regulations regarding personnel administration.
- Responsible for data quality and payroll control.
- HR studies and reports on personnel administration.
- Responsible for the balancing processes and deviation analysis.
- Monitoring and tracking of deadlines and schedules established in matters of Personnel Administration.
- Incident management, status and resolution, for your assigned geographical area or centers.
- Compliance with internal procedures, ensuring adherence to deadlines and legal regulations.
- Actively participate in the Workday HCM implementation project.
- Gather and document functional requirements.
- Validate configurations and participate in system testing sessions.
- Supervision and validation of the interfaces between Workday HCM and Payroll system.
- Resolution of data synchronization errors between systems.
- Participation in functional testing (UAT) for new developments or integrations.
- Coordination and validation of payroll calculations in the Payroll system.
- Integration of Workday data with Payroll systems.
- As many functions as are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of personnel administration and the implementation of Workday.

The ideal person for this role has exceptional interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills. Is methodical, organized,able to influence the Human Resources team and fast in executing processes and has analytical capacity.
Has availability to travel between hotels in the country.
- Studies:
- Degree in Labor Relations or similar, experience of more than 2 years within Personnel Administration.
- Experience / Background:
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Experience in labor relations is a plus, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Workday or HCM certificates will be valued
- Languages:
- Montenegrin and English: Required.
- Spanish: Desirable
- Specific knowledge:
- Advanced user of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and the internet
- Mastery of Montenegro payroll calculation programs.
- Knowledge of personnel administration, attendance management.
- Intermediate knowledge of human resources (labor relations, social security regulations)
- Experience with Abacus or Infostream will be valued.
- Functional knowledge of Workday HCM will be valued.
