We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of client relationships and help deliver projects smoothly from start to finish. This is a full-time role based in Nikšić, with partial remote flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients
- Ensure successful delivery of client-facing projects
- Support and improve our help centre and processes
- Identify client needs and resolve issues proactively
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a customer-facing role (project management, tech/fintech is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with different applications (basic data handling, Excel, business tools)
- Fluent English (required)
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Degree in IT, Business, Communications, or similar (preferred)
