What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
- Vendor Payments Management: Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with payment terms, company policies and tax regulations. Maintain records of payments. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Payroll Processing: Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule. Address employee inquiries related to Over time, Public Holidays and Leaves in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with vendors for the deployment of services as per contractual agreements. Facilitate communication between Noon team and vendors. Ensure timely delivery and quality of services rendered.
- Document Handling: Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts. Verify and process credit notes accurately and efficiently. Communicate with vendors regarding credit note issuance and adjustments.
- Purchase Request and Purchase Order Processing: Generate purchase orders accurately and in accordance with procurement guidelines. Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
What you’ll need?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in finance or procurement.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
