Make an impact by keeping customer services running smoothly from order to resolution. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.

About The Role
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and responding to a wide range of operational and service queries across our Global Customer Service and Operations teams.
This is a varied, hands-on role where attention to detail and effective organisation are essential. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, supporting government and provincial projects, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to operational excellence throughout the end‑to‑end customer journey.
In this role you will also:
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers through clear, professional communication
- Support service levels by monitoring timelines, maintaining accurate trackers, and producing reliable reports
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide flexible support across teams to meet wider operational needs
Due to the nature of this role, there will be a requirement, particularly in the first few months of training and onboarding, to be working on site full time.
About You
You will be a customer‑focused and organised individual who takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and supporting others. Comfortable working in an operational environment, you will manage competing priorities with confidence while maintaining a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (publishing systems beneficial but not essential)
- Communicates clearly in English, with additional language skills welcomed
