Role Overview
As an Operations Support specialist, you will work under supervision and mentorship to ensure the flawless execution of the order process, from placement to final payment. This entry-level role emphasizes routine yet critical tasks such as order planning, exception management, inventory control, and payment resolution, all aimed at delivering excellent customer service. Your efforts will enhance operational efficiency and support continuous process improvements, contributing to a positive customer experience and team success.
Day in the Life
- Leverage technology to identify issues and collaborate with team members to resolve roadblocks
- Manage and plan order activities, ensuring data accuracy in systems
- Coordinate shipments, inventory, invoicing, and claims processing
- Address exception orders through problem solving and communication with stakeholders
- Maintain item-level data and vendor contact to ensure supply chain continuity
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (preferred)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment
