Hiring: Reservations Agent 🏨✨

We are looking for a dedicated Reservations Agent to manage our booking processes and ensure our guests have a seamless experience from the very first click or call.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management: Process reservations via phone, email, online systems, and OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
System Accuracy: Enter, update, and verify all bookings within our Property Management System (PMS).
Guest Relations: Provide accurate information regarding accommodation, pricing, availability, and additional services.
Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with Reception, Sales, and other departments to meet special guest requests.
Operational Support: Manage cancellations, modifications, and group bookings in collaboration with travel agencies and partners.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or University degree (preferably in Tourism, Management, or Languages).
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (additional languages are a major plus).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer use and experience with hotel reservation system (Operq PMS).
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
