As their partner, Adecco is now seeking an experienced and motivated candidate for the position of:
Finance Business Partner
Location: Podgorica, Montenegro
Key responsibilities:
• Providing high quality business partnering, accurate and timely financial reports and actionable analysis to the Operations management;
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with respective teams;
• Understanding of key business issues and their impact on financial result;
• Understanding of dependencies between actions taken and financial results of the Manufacturing Site;
• Deep dive analysis of portfolio profitability, cost of goods sold and intercompany price calculation;
• Working in close partnership with the individual budget holders to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive annual budgets as well as re-forecasts;
• Preparing the presentations of financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk;
• Involvement in projects when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or Finance Functions, preferably experience in pharmaceutical industry/consumer industry;
• Proactive team player and self-starter who can demonstrate initiative with strong communication skills;
• Experience in using SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point;
• Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
