Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Podgorica for a Director of Communications and Public Relations. The position entails managing public relations strategies, developing communication plans, crafting press releases, and overseeing media relations. The Director will play a key role in shaping the company’s public image and ensuring its consistent representation through strategic messaging and communication approaches. Collaboration with internal teams to align communications with business objectives is also crucial.
Qualifications
- Experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, and crafting professional press releases
- Expertise in Communication and Strategic Communications
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Proficiency in building relationships with media outlets and partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Fluency in Montenegrin and English; additional languages are a plus
