RISK MANAGEMENT EXPERT (m/f/d)
You will:
- Set an appropriate framework, manage and coordinate the risk management process and internal control system in accordance with Group standards and local regulation
 - Prepare and maintain risk management strategies and other internal acts in risk management area, own risk and solvency assessment and internal control system
 - Measure and manage risks at portfolio level in accordance with a risk management strategy, including identification, valuation and assessment of the most important risks and proposing risk mitigation measures for the most significant risks
 - Prepare, set and monitor risk limits related to capital requirements
 - Coordinate the calculation of regulatory capital requirements and the projection of regulatory capital requirements and steer capital adequacy of the Company
 - Report in accordance with solvency requirements
 - Coordinate the process of conducting its own risk and solvency assessment (ORSA) and prepare a ORSA report
 - Prepare risk reports for Executive Director and Board of Director, Group, and regulatory bodies
 - Provide support to other employees related to risk management and internal control system
 - Monitor professional literature, legal and other relevant regulations and ensuring their implementation
 - Establish, execute and maintain an effective system of internal controls in accordance with the Company's acts
 - Develop and implement business continuity management processes and monitor the implementation of business continuity plans
 - Help to implement a crisis management strategy
 - Responsible for physical security management - create and describe security measures to prevent unauthorized access to facilities, equipment, and resources, and protecting people and property from physical threats, including damage, theft, espionage, and sabotage, etc.
 - Report to for Executive Director and Board of Directors on all circumstances relevant for the work in its area of responsibility and on cooperation with other organizational units of the Company
 - Set procedures related to the work of the organizational unit

You have:
- Master’s degree, mathematics, economics or similar 
 - Postgraduate actuarial study is advantage
 - Minimum 3 years of work experience in conducting key risk management and security function
 - Advanced computer skills (MS Office) 
 - Active knowledge of English in speech and writing
 - Knowledge of financial statements
 - Good knowledge of the risk management process
 - Good knowledge of EU Solvency II directive and legislation regulating insurance business 
 - Developed analytical skills
 - Excellent organizational skills
