We are expanding our offices in Montenegro and are looking for motivated and experienced Conversion and Retention Agents to join our team on CA Desk shift. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and are fluent in English, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to convert leads into active users
- Retain existing customers through exceptional service and tailored solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve individual and team targets during the shift
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion or Retention Agent
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work during shift hours (17:00 02:00)
