We are expanding our team in Montenegro (Podgorica) and looking for a Medical Affairs Manager.
Your role
The Medical Affairs Manager participates in the development of the medical strategy, builds scientific collaboration with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, patient associations, and implements medical plans and activities within the territory, while working closely with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical strategies and plans in alignment with global guidelines and medical strategy.
- Organize and support Swixx’s and its partners’ medical activities, provide medical insights to internal stakeholders, and contribute to the development of brand strategies and affiliate plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to medical inquiries, collect and process requests in compliance with local regulations and Swixx and partner procedures.
- Continuously maintain the highest level of scientific and medical expertise in relevant therapeutic areas and products, both internally and externally.
- Provide medical information and professional support to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and relevant institutions.
- Build relationships with relevant medical and academic institutions (research centers, hospitals, professional associations) and patient associations.
- Maintain the highest level of scientific and medical expertise while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Previous experience in medical functions and familiarity with related responsibilities is an advantage.
- Ability to translate scientific or clinical data into persuasive, balanced messages for scientific exchange and gathering of medical insights.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes of conduct, and relevant legal regulations.
- High level of professionalism, with ability and readiness to effectively work across multiple products and projects in a team environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, valid driving license, and fluency in English.
