Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (Montenegro Office)Location: Podgorica, Montenegro

Department: Sales & Business Development
What You’ll Do:- Represent Ledova Lighting’s product portfolio to local clients in Montenegro and surrounding regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and project proposals.
- Work closely with our Istanbul headquarters and local team to manage customer requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project pipelines and follow up on leads to convert them into successful deals.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Lighting or Electrical background preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or technical sales, preferably in lighting or electrical systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Montenegrin language is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and result-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the region when required.
