Video Editor / Film Maker to join our Marketing team and bring digital ad content to life across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development and Pre-Production
- Develop creative video ads from concept to final delivery, including formats for funnels, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Craft clear storylines and narrative structures tailored to platform and audience.
- Collaborate with videographers: prepare shoot guides and gather reference materials.
- Video Production and Editing
- Edit and enhance videos using dialogs, graphics, music, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ensure logical sequencing and strong storytelling throughout each video.
- Deliver polished final cuts optimized for performance and advertising goals.
- Experiment with editing techniques and tools to continuously improve output quality.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product and analyze performance through A/B testing and page metrics.
- Collaboration and Trend Integration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment.
- Track and apply video trends, formats, and viral content features in your work.
- Support additional creative or operational tasks as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise.
- 1+ year of experience in video editing or post-production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other desktop-based editing tools (mobile-only editing not accepted).
- Skilled in working with video rhythm, sound, transitions, color correction, typography, and effects to maximize viewer engagement.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.
- Hands-on experience with video formats tailored for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Solid understanding of viral video trends, formats, and platform-specific features — and ability to implement them effectively.
- Comfortable testing different creative approaches, reviewing performance analytics, and iterating based on results.
- Experience using AI tools in the video production workflow.
