About the Opportunity:
This position offers a great opportunity to work on billing and charging systems of our customers. As part of the Billing and Charging team, candidates will work on developing and maintaining high-performance systems that process charging, rating, and invoicing for telecom services.
What You Will Do
- Performs complex/specialized tasks related to the development, operation, and maintenance of the client’s billing system and billing-related applications
- "Fault management"/recovery and problem resolution related to billing systems, in accordance with existing procedures and current SLA
- Delivery of KPI (process and network) in line with the SLA defined in the "Managed Services" contract
- Verification and inspection of system backups
- Preventive maintenance in accordance with the client’s current processes
- Participation in integration activities with other IT/NW elements and platforms
- Communication with technical support organizations when problem resolution requires it
- Regular monitoring, updating, preparation, control, and analysis of technical documentation (reports, backup equipment records, inventory, etc.)
- Preparation, implementation, monitoring, and real-time analysis of statistics
- Collaboration with other departments in daily activities
- Periodic on-call duties
