EXPERT FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DIGITALIZATION (m/f/d)
You will:
- Be responsible for the development of final project plans and oversees project activities, from initial idea to implementation
- Ensure that the project is completed on time, within the budget and with the desired results aligned with the goals
- Take care of the timely and synchronized implementation of planned activities in the process of developing E2E products(such as SME BRIX and BOX) and regularly report them to project sponsors
- Act as a single contact person for all parties(underwriting, pricing, IT, legal sector, finance, claims and others) in connection with project activities
- Offer support to other parties within the scope of corporate and affinity business in the Company through the preparation of IT requests, reporting, support and consulting from a business perspective
- Work on the creation and implementation of the necessary software solutions for adequate and sustainable business
- Take care of corporate IT architecture and landscape and communicates with IT teams and external providers regarding corporate and affinity business requirements and monitors their implementation Works closely with IT teams and represents the interests of the business model of corporate and affinity business
- Participate in proposals and development of new digital solutions in corporate and affinity business
- Participate in the process of coordinating IT requests and monitoring data
- Participate in the reporting process by preparing regular or ad hoc reports at the request of a superior
- Act as an ambassador of the agile way of working among project participants
- Lead and/or participate in projects for the development and improvement of the Company's operations, both at the Group, regional and local levels

You have
- University degree
- A minimum of 4 years professional experience in project management (eg MS Project,Ca-PPM, JIRA)
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps to drive digital projects
- Exspertise in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana..) and digital collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Slack)
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to digitalization (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Understanding the importance of user experience and interface design in digital solutions.
- Analyzing and optimizing the customer journey through digital touchpoints.
- Awareness of digital trends and opportunities in different regions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluent English– written and spoken
