PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER (m/f/d)
You will:
- Provide managers and employees with guidance about all HR related topics as you will be a first point of contact.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to understand their current and future HR needs, develop, and implement solutions that add value to the organization.
- Deliver HR inputs to managers concerning any necessary adjustments in terms of organization, resources, and skills to stay aligned with the company’s strategy and overall annual goals.
- Modell transformation by supporting managers to be great people leaders and to positively impact business results.
- Identify and manage talents, support internal talent mobility. Provide feedback and development suggestions from career review to the managers.
- Together with Learning & Development team support the implementation of development initiatives.
- Coach and mentor managers and employees on different HR topics, such as performance management, career development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
- Facilitate and resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive and respectful work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

You have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner position.
- Strong HR expertise: deep knowledge of HR processes and working knowledge of most HR disciplines.
- Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations with excellent skills in coaching and mentoring.
- Innovative thinking and ability to think out of the box.
- Active knowledge of English in speech and writing.
