Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Planning and Control Site Engineer to oversee and manage site operations. This role involves project planning, quality control, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring structural and civil engineering standards are met. The engineer will play a critical role in coordinating subcontractors, optimizing costs, and maintaining compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate subcontractors and overall site operations.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project designs and quality standards.
- Conduct quality control assessments to maintain high building standards.
- Communicate with official institutions, stakeholders, and solution partners as required.
- Perform progress payment controls and calculations.
- Conduct price analysis for work items and gather market prices for suppliers and manpower.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and issues.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and control for construction projects.
- Strong background in civil and structural engineering.
- Experience in project planning, quality control, and on-site coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Preferably experienced in hotel or high-end residential construction.
