Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Recruitment Executive at English Language and Literature. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for job description development, hiring processes, communication with candidates, interviewing, and recruiting activities.
Qualifications
- Job Description Development and Hiring skills
- Communication and Interviewing skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Human Resources or related field
- Available to dedicate 10 hours per week, ensuring active participation from Monday to Friday
Responsibilties
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Utilize various recruitment channels
(job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
- Review resumes and applications,
and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct detailed
interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to
make well-informed hiring decisions.
- Prepare and extend job offers while
negotiating terms and managing counter-offers.
- Foster strong relationships with
candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to
understand hiring needs and priorities
