As a Culture&People Business Partner, you will have a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with management and employees by ensuring the implementation of all HR processes. You will support divisions in attracting, developing, and retaining employees to achieve company strategies and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with management and employees to ensure HR processes are implemented effectively.
- Support divisions in attracting, developing, and retaining employees to meet strategic goals.
- Oversee and monitor all HR processes within assigned divisions, with guidance from the Senior Business Partner.
- Clearly communicate HR-related processes to employees.
- Identify and propose solutions to retain and motivate employees.
- Build and maintain the company's reputation as an employer of choice through recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews.
- Assist the Senior Business Partner in HR processes and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all HR requirements in alignment with Hemofarm and STADA internal policies (e.g., CHCC, approval principles).
Qualifications:
- VI or VII level of education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
