Role Description

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, architects, and interior designers. Your key duties will include:

Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities.
Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss our products and services.
Creating client proposals tailored to their needs and our company services.
Maintaining cooperation with existing clients, architects, and interior designers.
Meeting personal and team sales goals.
Organizing and monitoring the realization of concluded deals.
Sharing information, knowledge, and results with your team.
Implementing working procedures to streamline sales processes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a proactive sales role.
Ideally, knowledge of the local real estate market.
Interest in business interior design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Montenegrin and proficiency in English
