Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Podgorica.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day tasks, including managing communications with clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales activities.

Organizational skills will be essential to maintain records and manage schedules effectively.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
Sales experience, with a proven track record of supporting or achieving sales goals
Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks and schedules efficiently
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the refrigeration industry is a plus
Obligatory knowing English language - conversation and writing
